Please inspect your purse carefully upon delivery. Manufacturing defects or damage present upon arrival must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery, and photos of the issue must be provided.

After the 7-day inspection period, Faithfully Styled Boutique does not provide a warranty for damage occurring during use, including normal wear and tear, accidental damage, overloading, improper care, snagging, or damage to handles, straps, stitching, zippers, hardware, fringe, charms, or embellishments.

Approved manufacturing defects reported within the 7-day period may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
