Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped out the next business day. All shipments take approximately 3-5 business days AFTER 1 business day warehouse processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time order has completed warehouse processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination need to be disputed with the Postal Service. Not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by customer. Any packages returned as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will provide order & tracking info for customers to provide to U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do  offer international shipping on MOST items through U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail. We offer Flat Rate International Priority Mail shipping.
